We found the room easy to get around in, with hardly any thresholds, so it works well for people with limited mobility. It was a great first B&B experience for us. Our hostess was lovely, approachable and helpful, and the welcome was very hospitable. Communication before our stay was excellent too. The B&B is in a quiet spot close to Assen. The room was great, with a beautiful, roomy bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, with a different surprise on the platter each morning, fresh fruit, and a dairy item such as a smoothie. The coffee and tea were tasty as well. A lovely example of how a B&B should be.

We had such a good time here and would happily come back. Judith gave us a lovely welcome, and communication before and during our stay was really great. Everything was clean and well looked after. The accommodation is beautiful and the surroundings are lovely. Breakfast at the inn across the road was nicely prepared too.

The Winter Room was cozy and the bed was comfortable, and we loved our stay at this beautiful B&B. Judith welcomed us so warmly. Breakfast was delicious and had everything we could want. The beds were wonderful, and breakfast was so good. Judith was a friendly hostess who had thought through every detail. Thanks so much for a lovely stay. You can see the care she and her husband put into the guest rooms and shared space as soon as you arrive. Everything was sparkling clean, with coffee or tea ready and plenty of leaflets about cycling and walking routes, places to eat, and things to do nearby.
