Your current statements conflict with what we were clearly told at the property. My colleagues and I arrived with a booking for two rooms. At check-in, the receptionist assured us that two rooms with separate single beds were available. When we returned later that evening, a different receptionist said no such rooms were available. We asked what would happen with the payment and were explicitly told not to worry because no money would be charged. Yet you have attempted to charge me six times for my reservation, while you are not trying to charge my colleague for hers. That difference only reinforces what we were told about no charge being made. You also confirmed this through Booking. When I contacted you, you said I should not worry, that you would tell Booking not to charge me, and that you had no claims against me. Even so, the payment attempts have continued. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have kept all correspondence with the property and Booking, with written evidence of what was communicated. Stop any further attempts to charge this reservation immediately and confirm in writing that no payment will be taken. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I’ll escalate the complaint using the documents and message history. I expect a written response without delay. I especially liked the multiple mirrors, which made the spacious, spotless room feel even bigger and more comfortable. The staff weren’t very outgoing at first, but they were kind and helpful whenever I needed something. A slightly warmer welcome would make this place perfect. I had a really pleasant stay and would definitely love to come back.

It’s close to Schipol airport, and the hotel offers a free shuttle from the airport. The return ride from the hotel costs €6 per person and needs to be booked at the front desk. There’s a little shop selling food and drinks. My room was clean and very comfortable, with great shower pressure. The hotel is geared toward being eco-friendly, and I’d definitely stay here again.

It’s in a quiet part of Badhoevedorp, a few minutes from Schiphol Airport, making it practical for early flights or short layovers. The regular airport shuttle makes getting to and from the airport easy and saves time compared with taxis or public transport. A calm, comfortable choice for transit, business, or a short airport-area stay.
