We paid almost 200 for one night, but the so-called double room was tiny, really a small single with two single beds pushed together. The toilet and shower were cramped, there was no fridge, the carpet smelled, and the walls were stained. The sheets and mattresses were very dusty and had a strong odor. We couldn't shower because there was no hot water. This may be a 3-star hotel, but it's at the very bottom of that category. The price is like a major city such as Milan or Paris, where the same money would get you a much better 3-star stay.

I was really disappointed by my stay. The staff, as I experienced them, showed little respect for guests. When I raised concerns or asked questions, they often came across as unfriendly and unwilling to help. I can't recommend the hotel.

The service was unfriendly, there was no door on the toilet, and the coffee machine was broken. For this price, I wouldn't recommend staying here!

The room was tiny and stinky, with no safe, coffee or tea, fridge, or room for luggage. Stains covered the ceiling and walls, and the bathroom light kept flashing. The twin beds were too soft and uncomfortable, and seemed likely to slip off their supports. I couldn't get a decent night's sleep. There was no refund if you wanted to leave early, and the ground-floor room offered no privacy. The photos don't represent the rooms at all. The receptionist said I couldn't order food indoors anymore because he didn't have time to call my room so I could pick up the order. That's pretty shameful, since that's what reception is for.
