Hotel Old Dutch Bergen Op Zoom

The hosts at Hotel Old Dutch were flexible and cooperative when unexpected problems came up outside their policy. It was lovely to see a hotel run by real people who show understanding and warmth in their hospitality. Thank you for the great breakfasts and wonderful atmosphere. Even the breakfast tableware is all Bolesławiec Ceramics, traditional Polish ceramic.

The owner is a nice, helpful guy, and the hotel is clean and well placed near the train station, about a five-minute walk from Grote markt in the center of Bergen op Zoom. My single room was very clean, but small and very dated, like something from the 1970s, unlike the other photos here. The free wifi was awesome and super fast. Breakfast was just standard continental, and there's no bar or restaurant, though there's one right next door on the corner.

The owner is very nice and helpful, and the room price is very good. Rooms are large and very clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent. The Old Dutch hotel is a great choice, close to the station and about a ten-minute walk from the town center, restaurants and shops.

The welcome was friendly, and the ground floor of this interesting old building is tastefully decorated. The hotel sits between the main station and the city center, with shops and restaurants only a short walk away. The rooms are a bit dated and on the small side, but they're clean, functional and well equipped.
