The freshly made breakfast from the very friendly hostess was a real treat, especially on my little terrace in the morning sun. I had a nicely furnished room with its own bathroom and a refrigerator. It’s in a beautiful, quiet residential area, but close enough to walk to the center or cycle to the beach. I’d highly recommend staying here, and hope I get back to the area sometime :)

The Schoorlse Duinen nature reserve is a unique place for walking. The neighborhood itself is quiet, with nature reserves nearby and the town center within walking distance. The staff were friendly, and I had a lovely ground-floor room with a private entrance and a delicious breakfast.

Margriet’s bikes were really handy to borrow, and very reasonably priced. The friendly couple had prepared everything with care, especially breakfast! There was always plenty of Nespresso coffee in the room for making yourself a cup.

The online booking site is absolutely terrible. The place itself might be good, but we’ll have to find somewhere else.

We felt very welcome here, and had a lovely stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom beautiful, and breakfast excellent.
