The touring pitches were muddy and short on grass in places, apparently after a very wet August in the area. Careful positioning of our vehicle kept it from being too much of a problem, and we were there to cycle and enjoy the area anyway. The site itself was otherwise up to a good standard. Reception gave us a friendly welcome even though we hadn't booked ahead, and we used our ACSI discount camping card. The campsite is conveniently located near the start of the Dutch Coastal Route and other excellent cycling routes.

Bring your bikes, there are lots of places to ride. It's peaceful here, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. A great place to stay. We'll definitely come back.
