Really friendly owners and a lovely campsite!

Thank you, Petra, for a wonderful week! We're absolutely delighted with this place. We were allowed to choose our pitch and went for a corner, as we had three dogs and didn't want to bother anyone. They're very welcoming to animals here. Our pitch is peaceful, and the shower is decent even though it's a little dated. Everything is spotless and works properly, and 50 cents gets me a lovely relaxing shower. We really have all we need. The farm animals are another lovely part of it: two ponies, two sheep, two Border Collies and a few chickens. They're all clearly cared for very well.

Petra made us feel so welcome, such a pleasant and hospitable host. We stayed five nights in our campervan at this little farm campsite and had a wonderful time. The pitches have plenty of room, the toilets are always clean and the showers are excellent. De Cocksdorp and the lighthouse are nearby, so it's a great base for exploring Texel. We'll be back!

Thanks for another lovely stay, Petra. You're such a helpful, friendly and charming host, and we'd love to return. The farm campsite sits peacefully between De Slufter and De Cocksdorp. Pitches are generous, with beautiful grass around them, and the grounds are neat and well maintained. The washrooms look a bit old but they're kept clean and tidy. There's also a shared BBQ area where people can get together.
