The kids settled in quickly and it felt like home. We spent five of our six weeks in Europe here, after I came over for work and brought my family along. Nights were quiet, it was family friendly, and the price was affordable. You’ll want a car since public transport is a bit far away, though that also adds to the peaceful feel. I’d happily recommend it for a trip to Amsterdam with kids.
Ellen was gracious with us, even though we arrived late and were sometimes a bit noisy. The apartment was spacious and well priced, in a lovely spot. Local supermarkets are about a 10-minute drive away, and Amsterdam is around 30 minutes by car. Thanks, Ellen, from Hozzy and family.
Really enjoyed the stay, it was lovely!
A really pleasant stay.
The canal-side location was a real treat, and the natural surroundings make for a peaceful stay. The welcome and care were superb. It’s a long way from the city center, so having a car is a must for a stay here. The bedrooms are upstairs, with a pull-out sofa in the living room downstairs. 👍👍👍
