We spent three nights in one of Het Dijkje's two holiday apartments and would happily return. It’s set in a peaceful neighbourhood, with free parking right beside it, yet you can walk or cycle to supermarkets and bus stops, or ride into Utrecht using a bike the hosts can lend you. There’s also a farm shop, restaurant, brewery pub, and free museum just a short walk away. Our apartment was clean, roomy for two, and had everything we needed. It sits beside the friendly host’s own home, and if we’re back in the area, we’ll check Het Dijkje first.

We liked being in serene Langerak, away from the downtown bustle, with Utrecht just a short bus ride away. Our stay at Het Dijkje was great, and the hosts went out of their way to help with what we needed. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Utrecht.

Carola and Joris were so kind and helpful, and the bed was really comfortable. The room was lovely, with a great kitchen, coffee area, beautiful bathroom, and a nice shower. The location was wonderful too, right by an amazing museum and an awesome pub. Amazing stay 😁

The hosts were extremely friendly and always glad to recommend things around the area. We also loved the location, close to the supermarket and Maximapark, with the city centre just a short bike ride away. The apartment was beautifully designed and had everything we needed. We stayed a few nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

We stayed for six weeks and honestly wished it had been longer. The apartment is near a beautiful park, and bikes are available whenever you want to get around town. Utrecht Central is about a 20 minute bike ride away. Carolina and Joris were welcoming and always available when we had a request. A wonderful stay with a friend, and I highly recommend this place if you need accommodation in Utrecht.
