We couldn’t find this accommodation at all. There’s no number 25 at this address, according to the residents and the people at the cheese shop at number 31. The day before, other visitors had also stopped by because they couldn’t locate it. The phone number doesn’t work either. Don’t book here, it feels like a scam :(
Really great B&B.
Joep and Krista were so friendly and easy to reach, and they gave us lots of good restaurant tips. Their charming cottage felt cozy and luxurious, like coming home, and we had everything we needed. It was just right for our babymoon on Texel. We’ll definitely return.
The location makes it easy to stroll into Den Burg, and there’s parking in the nearby little streets for up to two hours with a vignette. Longer parking is about a three-minute walk away. Inside, Joep and Krista’s B&B feels like a mini designer hotel, with so much thought and care in every detail. Breakfast is included too, and it was delicious. We’d happily come back.
Snurk was such a treat to stay at. It’s practically in the center of Den Burg, and the place looks like it belongs in a home design magazine. Joep & Christa gave us a wonderfully warm welcome and had thought of everything. Even the blankets and pillows were amazing, the first time I’ve slept somewhere with bedding that good. I’m still surprised by how lovely it was. Highly recommend.
