We loved our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from, and even though we arrived very late, they were still able to serve us an evening meal. It's a very friendly hotel, and the staff were genuinely helpful. One thing to bear in mind: I was travelling with someone aged 86 who had reduced mobility, and the stairs are very steep. There's no lift, so it won't work for someone needing wheelchair access. That's not a criticism, just something to know. Thank you so much 💓

The rooms exceeded expectations and were definitely bigger than we thought. We stayed for two nights and held our wedding celebration here after the official ceremony. For the celebration, our group chose the "surprise" tapas. There was a bit of a wait between servings, but it was acceptable since the restaurant was completely full on Friday night. The food was extremely high quality, the service was top-notch, and breakfast was good too. I'd definitely recommend it to people visiting for business or leisure.

The staff were horrible. When we arrived at the restaurant, they treated us like enemies, with no smile or welcome. Someone briefly showed us the very simple rooms, then disappeared. We weren't told where or when breakfast was, and there was still no sign of a welcome. The worst reception I've had in years of travelling. Stay away!

We stopped here overnight on our way to France, and the price to quality ratio for both the hotel and restaurant completely surprised us. The staff were amazing, helpful and good-natured, and they cared about whether we were comfortable and enjoying our meal. It felt very “gezellig,” as I think the Dutch say. I've added it to my list of favourites and hope it stays just the way it is.

The prices are fair, the place is cosy, and the service is very good. I've been several times, and everything I've tried has been delicious. I know there's a different dinner menu, but I haven't tried it yet.
