Clean, modern apartment, and the owner was exemplary: very friendly and immediately available whenever we needed help. There’s no balcony on the first floor, though, and it gets very noisy in the evenings and at night. Fine for a weekend, but for a longer stay I’d say it’s only suitable for young adults.

The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, and check-in and check-out are easy. The apartment is very comfortable for two and can work for a small family, though four adults would find it difficult. It’s right in the heart of Domburg, next to the church, and about 10 minutes from Albert Heijn supermarket and the beach. There are also ground-floor apartments, all with terraces. The one caution is that the steep stairs up to the master bedroom make this a poor choice for older people with mobility issues. One drawback: the balcony doors don’t open. It’s not really a balcony, just a large double door with a barrier, used for hanging laundry. The apartments are non-smoking.

We’ve been visiting Domburg for years, and this apartment has become our favorite. The owner is so kind and helpful. We’re already on our third stay and have booked again for September. We’ll definitely return. It’s lovely, has everything you need, and I highly recommend it.

The photos showed a different apartment from the one we were given. Everything felt cramped, and a lot of things were broken. The bar was broken too, so I had to live out of my suitcase for two weeks. The place was awful, the worst accommodation I’ve ever seen. Other guests during our stay seemed to feel the same and had their own complaints.
