We came back to the Domburg bungalow from 15-17 March 2024 and were welcomed just as warmly as on our first visit in February 2023. The hosts are flexible, attentive to what we need, and have made improvements that we were very happy to see. The bungalow is a comfortable retreat within walking distance of the historic center, and the outdoor jacuzzi looking out on nature and wildlife made the stay even better. We were delighted to return, and still highly recommend this unique place. On our first stay, from 12-18 February 2023, the large, secluded property gave our family and dogs plenty of room to play and roam. The jacuzzi was a great addition, with complete privacy that the owners were careful to respect. They were caring and responsive throughout. It’s a true recommendation for anyone wanting a private holiday in a fully serviced bungalow, in a lovely town with lots of coastal nature nearby.

A spacious, very well equipped place in a whisper-quiet spot. There’s also EV charging available in the parking lot.

The owners are lovely people, and I really enjoyed staying here with friends. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. I liked it a lot.

We spent three nights in one of the three cottages for four, and it had everything we needed, including a luxury kitchen, a big lovely bathroom, and comfortable beds. The owners were so sweet, always up for a friendly chat or tips about the area. Frenkie loved the huge garden and was always eager to get outside and explore. While the dog runs around, there’s a lookout tower, a pétanque court, a warm jacuzzi, and a spacious sauna to enjoy. With a bit of luck, you might see deer in the garden in the morning too. 🦌 Domburg is within walking distance, and you can easily walk to the beach from here. There are plenty of bikes for exploring, and lots to do nearby: walks, cycling, beach days, forests, charming towns, restaurants, and drinks. It’s a peaceful, beautiful setting, and a wonderful stay for dogs and their people. 🐾✨ For more dog-friendly adventures: @itsfrenkiethefrenchie @dogfriendlyhotspots
