Boukje made us feel comfortable and safe right away when we stayed in the downstairs room for a night on our long @heightofeurope drive, heading up to Nordkapp, Norway and down to Tarifa, Spain. She was welcoming, kind and polite. The room had great amenities, a comfortable bed and a bathroom stocked with toiletries. There was even a mini bottle of wine, which we enjoyed as a nightcap before a much-needed sleep. I only realized the next day in Germany that I’d left my Apple Watch in the bed. Boukje went out of her way to post it to us, so it wouldn’t be lost forever. She was a fantastic host, and I highly recommend the place. One tip: don’t eat in the room, as quite a few fruit flies will come looking for food 🦟

Parking is a two-minute walk away, as cars aren’t allowed in this quiet spot. The B&B itself is lovely, right in the heart of Earnewald. We got a friendly welcome, and our room was neat with everything we needed. Breakfast was good and nicely served on a cart. We’ll definitely return if we’re in the area again.

The owner was very nice, and our clean room had everything we needed for the night. The generous breakfast arrived at the agreed time, right in our room. Thanks for everything, we’d highly recommend staying here.
