At 48.50€ for one night, this was a really good deal for the Netherlands, especially compared with prices elsewhere. The staff were helpful and friendly, and although only one parking space was free when we arrived late, that's understandable since parking costs nothing. The double bedroom was tiny, around 6square meters, but had the basics: a proper bathroom, bed, chair, safe, and closet. The mattress was far too soft, and the bathroom tiles and shower could've been cleaner. There were smudges on the windows and some dust. Bearable for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

The service team was friendly, and Eerbeek center is just a 5 minute drive away. The room was clean and had basic equipment, though the bathroom was tiny, if functional. The elevator felt old-fashioned, and the ironing board was mini-sized (see the photo).

The rooms are tiny and unclean, and a bad bathroom smell spreads across the whole floor. The service was very poor, with no respect in the way people were treated.

We could hear the person in the next room snoring at night through the thin walls. The staff were friendly and the service was nice.

4/10
The people were nice and the grounds were beautiful, but the room was small and the pillows were terrible. The restaurant was even worse. I ordered the ribeye and it wasn't edible, so I settled for bread. If you're in the area, don't eat at the hotel.
