The room was tiny, smelled strongly of mold, and seemed poorly maintained. The TV felt more decorative than useful, and room service did little beyond taking away towels without cleaning properly. The bathroom was very low quality: the toilet was awkwardly placed and uncomfortable, the shower flow was weak and stayed too hot no matter how I adjusted it, and the slippery floor felt unsafe. Getting around also meant using stairs frequently, so the hotel isn't suitable for elderly guests or people with disabilities. Noise carried badly too. I could hear people in the hallway and doors slamming through the night, which made sleeping difficult. Breakfast wasn't worth the price, with stale bread, diluted-tasting apple juice, and eggs that tasted artificial. The hotel advertises free parking, but there are hidden charges, and nearby public parking is often completely full. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're after a relaxing, comfortable visit. I'd choose another hotel, even if it cost a little more.

The location is great, right across from the beach entrance, and the restaurant next door was a lovely spot for the included breakfast. It's a small hotel without much frill, and the rooms were okay, if a little small. My main issue was the noise: people walking and talking on the other side of the door sounded like they were in the room, and slamming doors made for an early alarm.

We've stayed here twice now, and dogs are always welcome. The hotel is really close to the beach, and we liked the apartment. It wasn't very big, but it had a separate bedroom, a small living area with a couch, chair, and table with two chairs, plus a kitchen with an oven and fridge. There was no complimentary coffee for the machine, but reception brought us coffee and tea, so that was easily sorted. A kettle was there too. Breakfast was good enough, with different fresh rolls, warm croissants, yogurt with muesli and fruit, juice that wasn't fresh, machine coffee, and boiled eggs. Nothing fancy, but good value for money. I'd recommend staying here.

The hotel and service were great, and the room was cleaned very well. Breakfast was mostly fine and served quickly, though the scrambled eggs tasted a little metallic and could be better.
