The only advantage was being close to the airport for an early flight. I stayed in an executive room, and it was dusty and dirty. The receptionists acted as though we weren't guests and were staying for free. They treat visitors like they only deserve whatever the hotel chooses to give them. Last night was no different. If you don't have an early flight, don't stay here for €175. Stay in the city and take a taxi.

I booked through the app for December 5, 2025, and paid €75, but the confirmation showed January 5, 2026. I was at the airport at the time and only needed a room to sleep for five hours before my next flight. The app said I could cancel for a refund within 12 hours, so I thought I'd cancel and rebook for that day, 05/12/2025. I booked again, and within two minutes I was charged an inflated €112. Twelve hours later, there was still no confirmation that my refund had been approved. Instead, they told me there would be no refund. I effectively paid twice for five hours of sleep, even though I had entered the correct date the first time. Phone staff were rude and brief, and email support felt like a game. The hotel feels like a ghost hotel. I sent six emails and got no reply to any of them. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel. They show a cancellation option, then after you wait 12 hours, suddenly say a refund isn't possible. Unbelievable and extremely unprofessional.

For a short stay right at the airport, this is a good choice, especially if you have an early flight. The location is super convenient, and the rooms stay quiet despite being by the runway. Staff were friendly and check-in went smoothly. The rooms were clean, though a bit small for the price.

The beds were very comfortable, and the location was ideal. But it was noisy, with a bathroom fan I couldn't switch off. Light surrounded the building, and one window's curtains didn't cover it completely. A couple of times that night, the light made my sleeping brain think sunrise had come. Bring earplugs and eyepads.
