It can be hard to find a wheelchair accessible, dog friendly room for three, so this place was a unique find for our family and our dog. The team was friendly and welcoming, the bed was great, breakfast was good, and the atmosphere was nice. There's free parking, and a park across the way for walking the dog. Top marks.

The hotel isn't in the city center, but it's only a short drive away, and there's plenty of parking. Check-in went smoothly, and the rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast is available on site. Ibis gives you the good value for money you'd expect.

The location works perfectly for us, with Maastricht center 15 minutes away by car and the motorway to Belgium and Aachen close by. Parking is free, and since this month you can hire bicycles at reception for 12 Euros for 3 hours or 16 Euros for a full day, which is absolutely reasonable. We stayed at Ibis Stein again for a short Thursday-to-Sunday trip to Maastricht, and after five years everything still met our expectations. The reception and breakfast staff were caring and very helpful. There was a problem with our door lock when we arrived, but they gave us a new room right away. The cleaning staff did a good job, and the beds were comfortable.
