Alberto, who manages the building, was kind and easy to reach, and I stayed in room 2. It worked well for my month and a half in Enschede while I looked for longer-term housing. The room is small but has what you need, including cleaning supplies, and you can ask if anything runs out. The shared kitchen has a nice table and enough equipment for simple meals, though it felt a little cold in winter. They also leave dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent. The place is close to both the city centre and station, with shops, buses, trains and restaurants nearby. A good choice for a short stay or while settling into the area.

Getting settled was easy: pay, enter the code, pick up the key, then make yourself some tea. We had a really nice stay and I'd try to book here again next time I'm in Enschede. It's minimalist, so it suits you if you don't need much help or service and don't mind steep stairs.

Johanna was especially friendly and quick to help. She sorted out the bank transfer and bike rental for me without extra charges, and I really appreciated how customer-focused she was. I enjoyed a week at B&B Enschede-Day Inn. My room was clean and spacious, with coffee and tea there, and the well-equipped kitchenette was on the same floor. Everything was very clean.

There was no customer service available in person, only an email address, which wasn't enough. The rooms are studio-style and a bit cramped for a family. The loft room was the worst: the bunk bed was under such a low ceiling that it was hard to sit up on it.

Cozy place, clean room, nice breakfast and good coffee. They even lent us two bikes, which is great because, he, you can't really enjoy the city without one! 😉
