The location is great, right in central Enschede near the market square. During our two-day stay, though, service was almost nonexistent. Nobody checked whether we needed anything. Otherwise, it’s a good place.

I stayed here two weeks ago. It was right in the centre, really clean, and communication was easy. Thanks!
The room was good quality and the location worked well for my two-night business trip. I was on the first floor, so I could hear quite a bit from the cafe downstairs, but it didn’t disrupt the stay too much. It’s an easy walk to the town centre, and I’d stay here again.
The overflow apartment has a lovely amount of space, but it needs a lot of finishing. The bedroom windows have no coverings, so light makes it hard to sleep. Wires were hanging from the lounge ceiling and lying on the floor by the TV for three WiFi units. The coffee machine box was left on the fridge and should be put away. There was no hairdryer, and the toilet brush was broken. The smoke alarm still had plastic on it, which left me wondering about it. The shower water was scorching hot, and the shower curtain stuck to you while showering. We were told to contact staff for help, but getting through was difficult: we called every phone number, emailed and sent texts. We waited two full days for an extra key, and the dangerously hot shower was never fixed. The excuse was that it was a holiday weekend. Maintenance should have been checked properly. There was only one key for three people, so more keys are needed.
Great spot, but we couldn't lock the balcony door.
