The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, with the sea and some delicious restaurants close by. The location is great. One downside in summer: being on the first floor means no breeze gets in, so it gets really hot during the day.

The location was great, and the unit had all the basics. But it hadn't been cleaned properly, and nobody took care of the defects we reported.

For the price, I didn't expect these cleanliness issues and other problems in Apartment 20 during the weekend of June 14, 2025. Dust and hair were gathered around the sofa, and the place was very dusty; see photos. The shower drain was clogged and gurgled whenever the toilet was flushed, which didn't feel hygienic. The listing promised a freezer, but there was only a refrigerator, and its constant hum was a bit annoying at night. We didn't have a bad stay, and it's otherwise a nice, modern apartment, which makes this a shame. I also posted this review on the Blue Green Holiday website, but it was removed after a day. Only positive reviews are now visible there, which seriously makes me question Blue Green Holiday's honesty.

The locals were welcoming, and the Netherlands made for a real change of scenery. We ate very well, too. I'd recommend a trip to try some seafood.
