The location was quite nice, but you don't need to stay at this park to enjoy it. The rooms seemed to have had only a quick surface clean: some areas looked fine, while others were filthy, with crumbs around and old food and lost items under the couch. The outside spaces hadn't been cleaned before we arrived either. Spiderwebs and nests were all over the terrace furniture, under the table, and on the doors and walls. Pretty disgusting.

You can walk to the sea in just a few minutes, and the little village is close by too. The place sits right behind the dike, near the marina. We had a lovely time in Zeeland, and the houses are nice and come with things like a fireplace, sauna, and whirlpool.

The house itself was good, but the stay left me angry about the costs. We paid a lot for just two days, and even using their “golden” grill meant paying extra. So you rent a “villa” and still have to pay to use a grill. They charge a deposit as well as an expensive final cleaning fee at check-in, but the house wasn’t perfectly clean. After you leave, they can add more charges for extra cleaning, so the final amount can reach almost 350 euros for a two-night stay. You might expect to pay 150, then get billed more. To me, the deposit feels like a trap, even if you leave the place in perfect condition after only sleeping there. I think someone there keeps the money. When I emailed about it, they stopped replying. Never again. The house was also in the middle of a construction site, with dirt and some noise, and it’s in the middle of nowhere.

We had a perfect stay here last year, so came back this year. The pool pump was broken, and they gave us a 50% discount. It's a beautiful conservation area, and we're thinking about returning next year 👍👍😊🤩
