The staff were very friendly, but the rooms were pretty bad. There are no insect screens on the windows, so I spent my first hour chasing 15 mosquitoes. The sink tap is so clogged with calcium that water sprays in every direction. There's no sound insulation on the top floor either, and you can hear everything your neighbors might be doing.

The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was tasty and good quality, though there wasn't a huge choice. My room had a great AC unit with a remote. It's a nice location, though getting there in my low sporty car was a bit of a pain, haha. The rooms are small, there's no TV, the internet is poor, and the floors creak, but that's what you'd expect in such an old building.

The owner is a great guy, and the place is very well kept. The scenery is peaceful and pleasant. The bartenders could be a little friendlier, and shared bathrooms and showers would be more of a problem if they weren't cleaned several times a day. Still, five stars from me.

It's a nice terrace to sit on with a beer, coffee, or whatever and watch the other people. I ordered mint and ginger tea, but it wasn't hot. The apple pie I ordered at the same time came much later. It would be nice if they served them together.
