I even managed a few remote workdays here, using the kitchen counter as a desk. The internet was easily strong enough for video calls, and the little outdoor spot was nice for an evening drink. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom and toilet were just the right size. Honestly, I can only say good things about the place. It's a great base for exploring Gouda's old centre and canals. The organic supermarket and nearest café are only 2-3 minutes away on foot; the square, restaurants, the larger Albert Heijn, and plenty of other shops take about 5-7 minutes. This place is a real little gem, tucked down a cute, quirky alley in the centre. It's been recently renovated with quality materials and plenty of thought for what a traveller needs. There's a dishwasher, hairdryer, TV, fridge with freezer box, cooker, microwave, and oven. We cooked a couple of times, and the cooker was definitely good. You could live here.

Karine, the landlady, was really kind and attentive. The apartment is comfortable and very nice, in a quiet spot just a short walk from the main square. A perfect place to spend a few days in Gouda.

A really clean old Dutch house with quality fixtures and fittings, and everything you could need. It made a great base for exploring Gouda.

Excellent service, and breakfast every morning. The apartment is great, tucked down a walking path about shoulder-width across, very close to the centre of Gouda.
