Leonardo Hotel Groningen Stadspark

The room was very cold, and turning up the heat never seemed to make it warmer. It was also missing some basics, like hotel slippers and a mini fridge. Still, the staff were great: polite and quick to handle all my requests. The service was very good, and I enjoyed the breakfast.

Friendly staff and a fine location, with the option of a city centre branch if that’s what you want. The bed and shower were okay, though a rain shower would be nicer. The room itself could use improvement, since the leather was damaged and looked dirty. An okay place to stay.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including hot food, pastries, and fruit, and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable after a day of meetings. I was in Groningen on business and booked Leonardo Hotel Groningen through Agoda. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and happy to answer questions or share local tips. I liked the large windows and city view, and the cozy bed made for a good night's sleep. Getting around was convenient, with public transport nearby and the centre not too far away. I'd consider staying here again on a future trip.

The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was more than enough. Staff were nice in general, though the woman at reception when we checked in seemed a bit grumpy. The hallway floor on the way to our room was very dirty, and I found the room a little too dark. I'd definitely come back.
