After a strange, exhausting travel day, it meant the world to have such kind, helpful staff and a chance to rest before flying home. Our flights were canceled, so we had to take the train from Brussels and deal with all that too. Thank you so much. The bed and bedding were comfortable, and we slept really well. We also had a delicious dinner the night before, with the kitchen open until 10 pm. Come here to put your feet up and recharge. :)

Francesca from the restaurant was simply amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. I hope the hotel gives her special recognition for being such a great ambassador for the brand. The rooms were very comfortable, and the restaurant was fantastic value for money.

The rooms felt large and spacious by European standards, which I loved. The staff were great, and I loved the local cat too. It's a great hotel in a perfect location, an easy walk to the city centre, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

It's a beautiful, quiet, clean, comfortable room, and I loved having a balcony overlooking the park. The location is great, with a lovely 15-minute walk to the train station. I like being away from the crowds and the middle of the action. I'd definitely stay again, and think it's a great option for visitors to Haarlem.
