It's a small room, and as other reviews mention, there's no daily housekeeping, so keep that in mind before booking. The location worked well for me, just a few bus stops from Schiphol Airport, which made getting around easy. The room was clean and well maintained, with soap, lotion, and towels provided. There was no toothbrush, so bring your own. For the price and what was included, I was satisfied with my stay.

I work in hotels, and to me this is what a good 3* hotel looks like. Friendly staff, tidy rooms, and very good value for money. I don't understand all the bad reviews. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Amsterdam (Hoofddorp).

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, though quite small. It was really easy to get here from the airport by bus, and there's a McDonald's nearby for a quick bite. A good fit for a short stay near the airport.

Greedy. Don't book with them. EDIT FOR REPLY: Don't act like you're the good guys. Our flights were cancelled, so we called politely to ask about cancelling our hotel booking three weeks ahead. You told us to ask Booking.com to waive the cancellation fees, then suddenly denied the request. That's a really shitty and greedy thing to do after our phone call. We weren't cancelling at the last minute. With three weeks' notice, you could easily have filled the room, since you're an airport hotel.

The rooms are a little small, but the price for what you get is very good. The place has been newly renovated and everything works well. It's easy to reach by public transport, just two stops from the airport on bus 300.
