I came for lunch and the food was so good I had two servings. The place has a lovely setting and atmosphere, though I wasn't keen on the live music, which was sort of jazz or blues and a bit too loud. As far as I know, they don't have live music every weekend.

The location is excellent, which makes the dinner a shame. The hamburger I ordered was very salty, made with poor quality meat, and came in a stale bun. It's fine to stop in for coffee or a drink, though.

We came for Christmas dinner. The food was good, though nothing special, and the staff were friendly. The hotel had a nice, cosy and modest feel to it. I didn't see the rooms, but the restaurant was clean and pleasant.

They were happy to make us a salad even though it wasn't on the menu, and we had a lovely lunch. The location and restaurant are beautiful. I'd recommend eating here and will definitely come back.

We had a sandwich and beer, and both tasted great. The service was really kind, though everything took a little longer than usual. We weren't in a rush, so it didn't bother us much.
