We really enjoyed how peaceful it was and the character of the village. The bed was large and lovely, and everything, breakfast included, was neat and well looked after. Highly recommended!

Breakfast earlier to fit our work schedule was no trouble at all, and they’d thought of everything. We forgot toothpaste, but there was a spare in the guest cupboard. They even leave earplugs in the room in case your partner snores. Great shower pressure, good coffee, and a super friendly welcome. The value for money is excellent, and we had a great stay. We’d definitely come back!

The owner is really friendly, and the price feels right for what you get. The rooms are small and simply furnished, but clean. Breakfast was enough, and guests can use the coffee machine throughout the day for coffee, espresso, hot chocolate, or hot water. An affordable B&B in Ijzendijke.

We got a really warm, friendly welcome. The room was very spacious, and the double bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom with the guest upstairs looked clean and tidy. Breakfast was good too. A top-notch hotel! 😇

The food at their restaurant just down the street is incredibly delicious, and I often have dinner there in the evenings. I regularly stay at De Vrije Vlinders B&B and always get a warm welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the coffee is delicious too. Such a lovely experience every time, both for the stay and the food. Highly recommended!
