The hosts made us feel at home, and breakfast was delicious and clearly made with care. We slept comfortably, and even the bathroom had a spa-like feel. Everything was spotless. We loved staying here and would happily return.

Kaag Island is lovely for walks and cycling, and it’s well placed for trips to Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam, Keukenhof, and elsewhere. There’s an Italian restaurant, Quattro, and a pleasant café, Matt's, close by. The B&B itself is small, quiet, tidy, and very cozy, with friendly hosts and a tasty breakfast. You do need to take the ferry, but it runs all day and night, every day, so getting across isn’t a problem. You only pay on the return trip to the mainland.

The breakfast was a real treat, even though it wasn’t a huge spread. We stayed from July 9 to 11 and Antoinette and her husband welcomed us so warmly. They’re lovely people, and their hospitality made us feel very well looked after. We had a wonderful time and will certainly return. A big recommendation from us! With a big smile, Roana and Renate

The island’s scenery is beautiful, and there are two fantastic restaurants nearby. We had a great two-night stay and will book this B&B again. The hostess was so kind and made us feel welcome, with plenty of activity tips and a few insider secrets. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety. My boyfriend and I were absolutely delighted.
