The garden had plenty of toys for children, and the cabin itself was quiet and spotless. There’s a pub right next door with lovely food. Such a beautiful place to stay, and I’d happily come back.

We picked this place because it’s so close to Efteling Theme Park. There’s a little beach area nearby with lots of sand for children to play in, plus a playground and nice rooms. One thing to keep in mind if you eat at the restaurant: the kitchen closes after the last food orders before 19:00.

We didn’t try the cabin sauna since the lady told us it only heats to 50 degrees. The restaurant on site serves simple, nice food, and there’s a lovely play area for kids. Our “boomgalow” was clean and had a romantic feel, though it was a bit old. The mattress springs were noticeable, but the beds were good enough for a night’s sleep. We came as a family.

The staff are so kind, and the place was cosy and clean. The accommodation is absolutely gorgeous, even better than the pictures.

A peaceful, clean place that works really well for visiting Efteling theme park. Just remember to bring DVDs, and don’t bring frozen food.
