The photos seem to show areas guests don't walk through, and they look at least a year old. The staff smile and insist the place is clean, but I really don't think the floor has been cleaned since last season. They're so lazy about it, like this is just another dull job. Please don't let kids play near the pool, especially by those green plants. Touch one and you'll see why. Would they let their own children play and eat there? Good luck with your vacation.
We had a campsite pitch, not a room, and it was just right: spacious spots, clean facilities and hot water straight away. The shop carries nearly everything you might need. Prices are steep, though, but that's what you'd expect at a campsite shop. We'd recommend it.
It was a really good holiday, with a peaceful atmosphere. The beach, restaurants and a shop are nearby, though the shop is expensive.
This was my eighth visit, and it's still a great place. The car park closures were a letdown, though. We had to carry our things from the car to the beach house in the dark, and that should have been mentioned when we booked. I'll come back, but next time I'll choose another house near a car park 🙂
The beach is sandy, the staff were friendly, and the large supermarket is well stocked. The pitches are a good size too, and the location works really well for cycling. The pool, mini golf and wash areas are worn out and need updating. We stayed over a three-day public holiday weekend, but the minimum stay was five nights. I think three or four would make more sense. At 50 EUR a night, the pitch also felt too expensive for the facilities.
