There’s plenty for the kids to do at the house, especially in the big garden with its trampoline. The location worked really well for us, with Banjaard Beach nearby and the Veerse Meer close by for SUP. You can get e-bikes to explore, and rent children's bikes at the nearby RCN campsite. A top holiday home for one family, or even two families staying together.
The costs were a real downside: there’s a high security deposit, €7/day for a dog, €19 to use the BBQ grill, and tourist tax. The travel agency says everything is included, but you hardly get anything back. The owner also came by once to inspect the house. For the price, I expected more. Not recommended. The house is modern and fairly new, with enough room for 5-6 people, but there’s no air conditioning and the upstairs bedroom gets extremely hot.
We stayed three nights as a group of six and would happily come back. The place was spotless and very well equipped, with two electric bikes, a lovely terrace, a large TV, Blu-ray player, and Sonos sound system. A really beautiful, comfortable holiday home.
It’s always really lovely here.
We had a very good stay with our children and grandchildren, and we'd gladly return.
