I wouldn’t recommend this place. At first, he told us we hadn’t cleaned because we were booking another week, but in a different apartment of his. Then, at checkout, he charged us 70 euro for one beer can and a knife on the floor, taking it from the advance payment for damages. We hadn’t caused any damage. We also left a loudspeaker and headphones there, and he wouldn’t give them back. A very greedy person, and a really bad experience.
