The owner is friendly, and there are lots of animals for young children to enjoy. It’s a lovely place to stay. We did miss a couple of basics, like a sponge for washing dishes.

We had a fantastic family weekend. It was peaceful, cozy and clean, with a farm and animals, and the owners were lovely, helpful and good with children. There were two go-karts available too. There’s also a holiday home for a disabled person. Mart and Ellen, thank you so much!

The farmhouse sits beside the owners’ main house, and has a cozy interior. There’s a magnificent box bed, a room with a comfortable double bed, and an attic with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is spacious, fresh and modern. It’s a lovely base for walks on nearby estates, along the IJssel River, or through Deventer and Zwolle. So peaceful and welcoming. What a wonderful place!

We were a group of eight for the weekend of 2-9 to 5-9-2022, and this B&B is one to remember. We slept so well in the excellent beds, with such a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Host Mart and hostess Ellen did everything they could to make us feel at home. Breakfast was truly superb, and we got to barbecue together on their grounds among the alpacas. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday in a gorgeous cottage on a Salland estate. It was fully equipped and charmingly decorated, and the hosts were incredibly hospitable. There are lots of farm animals on the estate, plus a few sweet pugs in the yard. Highly recommended!
