The restaurant was a highlight: dinner was great, the service excellent, and there was plenty of food for a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had in a long time, with lots of choice and plenty of fresh food. We also enjoyed the bar and lounge’s dark, quiet atmosphere. A special hello to our lovely fellow Canadian server ❤️ Our room was large, clean, and quiet, with a very comfy, oversized bed, a big balcony, a refrigerator, doors opening onto the balcony, and an extra couch. The bathroom was spacious, with a large walk-in shower, a beautiful tub, lots of hot water, and good pressure. The only noise we heard was a faint hot tub motor above us for a short time one evening, and it didn’t bother us. The hotel is outside town, but it’s an easy drive or bike ride in, and there’s lots of parking. It’s near two major roads, yet we found it very quiet. Reception were friendly and helpful. Since it wasn’t busy when we checked in, it might have helped if they’d pointed out where breakfast was, its hours, and other useful information for new guests. Mother Nature wasn’t on our side, but we still had a relaxing weekend and will definitely return.

The rooms are very spacious, with the toilet separate from the bathroom. There’s a bathtub and a roomy shower booth in the bathroom. The interior is modern and stylish, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant is excellent. There’s lots of parking, which is handy since it’s a bit outside the city. I’ll definitely come back.

The interior is new and has a cosy feel. I had a great experience here. The event room is spacious, with a stage, 5 tables, and a DJ counter, and the bar has a luxurious yet cosy design. Highly recommend.

I didn’t expect this level of quality from the hotel and restaurant. Getting there by car is very easy, and the rooms are exceptionally well looked after, both in cleanliness and design. I can’t believe the last makeover was in 2017, because everything looks brand new in 2024! The staff were very polite. At the restaurant, I made the wrong call by choosing to share a plate with my wife, then changed my mind because it wasn’t practical and wasn’t enough for me. They treated it as though it were their mistake and gave us extra attention and service. The price was very reasonable too.
