I was happy with my stay in this nicely furnished, stylish apartment. It came with a washing machine, an oven, a stove, a coffee maker, a fridge, and dishes. There was also a welcome bonus of coffee, tea, and water when I checked in.

The room looked luxurious at first, and the email information made for a good concept. When I arrived, I spotted ants, but that was dealt with quickly and professionally. The room’s ventilation didn’t work, though, and it was unpleasantly warm in both the room and corridors. Later in the evening, doors were opened across from each other, which made things much more comfortable. Otherwise, I had nothing to complain about.
There’s a supermarket close by at The Mall of Netherlands, and the center is nearby too. I like staying here because the little kitchen has everything I need. Check-in was easy and parking wasn’t a problem. It’s great for families, but book ahead or you may not find a place.
The cleanliness was the main reason I wouldn’t stay here again. There were hairs in the bathroom, lipstick marks on the glasses, stains on the couch, and I’d wash the dishes before using them. It was also quite noisy, with beeping in the hallway and guests slamming doors. The shower drain smelled really bad, and the toilet was so close to the wall that you had to sit diagonally. From a ground floor terrace, the view is just a tall wall. The place looks nice, has a working kitchen and a terrace, and is near the metro and tram stations, as well as Delft. If you’re on a budget and really want a kitchen, it might be an okay option.
My son arranged this four day break for three adults as a thank you to me, a single mum. It was our first holiday together, and seeing the tulips had been on my bucket list. He made that happen. The train station is nearby and convenient, and local shops are about a 20 minute walk away. The sleeping arrangements were disappointing, though. There were two single beds and a very poor quality fold-out sofa bed, buckled in the middle, with questionable stains. The pillows were yellow and stained, and the duvet for the sofa bed, kept in the cupboard, had blood on it and no cover. The office said they couldn’t fix the problem when we contacted them. They did replace the pillows, and the cleaner was helpful and decent. He cleaned the place, since the pots and bowls in the cupboard were dirty and stained with oil. It had been sold to us as somewhere three adults could sleep comfortably, and I was disappointed.
