We’d love to come back. Bianca and Ron were such lovely hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were roomy, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, and the breakfasts were fantastic, with loads of choice in a lovely picnic basket. There were little extras too, like homemade cake, chocolates, and flowers. It’s so handy for Lisse and Keukenhof, and we’ll definitely recommend staying here.

There’s a shared kitchenette with supplies and cutlery, pretty much all you need. Our room was clean and spacious, the host was really nice, and breakfast was very good, delivered to the door right on time each morning.

We found it cheaper than most Amsterdam hotels, while about the same distance from Schiphol. Keukenhof botanical garden is 3 km away, and transport makes it easy to reach places like Amsterdam, The Hague, Leiden, and Haarlem in roughly 30 minutes to an hour. The host’s hospitality was excellent, and staying here felt like an authentic Netherlands experience. Five stars from us.
