The bikes were such a great extra, and we could borrow them for free, even the kids' bikes. Middelburg center is under 10 minutes away by bike, which made getting there easier than finding parking, and you can walk it in less than 20 minutes too. We stayed in a beautifully renovated old farmhouse, with a clean, cozy room that opened onto a sweet shared patio with a gas fireplace. There are lovely outdoor places to sit as well. Our room had a little kitchen for coffee, tea, and simple meals, plus there’s a large shared kitchen with everything you might need and a really comfortable dining and lounge area. Irma lives on site and was so helpful and easy to communicate with. We’re sad to go and already looking forward to coming back.
