We made a last-minute reservation for New Year’s Eve, and the room, ambiance and people were all great. It was an amazing place to stay with our three-year-old daughter. For older kids, around 6 and up, it’s real heaven, with even more to do. The gym and all the sports facilities are perfect for adults.

The restaurant and sports bar had great food for everyone, and I especially love the salads. Breakfast was fantastic, with live egg and pancake stations. It’s a sports hotel the kids love, with football, basketball, tennis, squash, table tennis, pool, sauna and pool billiards included in a family-friendly atmosphere. The outside looks a bit old-fashioned, but we never go outside anyway. Rooms are no-frills, fine for a couple of days.

There’s lots to do, whether you want fun or downtime. Always a fantastic place to go with kids, with fantastic food and a breakfast buffet.

We travelled from England for a long weekend, my nine-year-old son and me, and really enjoyed our stay. There was so much to do, including swimming, the indoor play centre, bowling and pool, among plenty of other things. The hotel theme runs throughout, not just in the lobby like it does in most hotels. Even little details like motivational quotes are dotted around the walls. We’d definitely stay again.
