We were given a smaller room than the one we'd booked, with a tiny window, a very low ceiling, and no cleaning. When we asked about the booking, they said they were overbooked and had simply put us in the smaller room. Maybe they thought we wouldn't notice. At first, after we raised it, they were helpful and moved us to a bigger room. But we were really disappointed when we went in. It was disgusting: hair from previous guests in the bed, chewed-off nails on the floor, and dust clouds everywhere. We contacted the service team. They asked for the room number, then ignored us. Super gross 🤢

Don't EVER go there. Seriously, never again 🤷🤢 The room was dirty and smelled extremely bad. I'd say, 'come on, it's budget,' but it isn't. The place is very quiet and right in the old town, which is one plus. Still, a huge NO.

The location was the best part for us, and the receptionist was helpful when our booking caused problems. The room was clean and roomy, though it feels a little dated. Nothing major to complain about.

The place felt calm and comfortable, and everything seemed well cared for. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty and nicely organized, and the staff were both friendly and professional. It had what I needed for a pleasant stay.
