The kids were happy with the play area, and we found great bike paths close by. The location was convenient for visiting the tulips, and there was plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help.

The location is great, right next to Tulip Fest, and the place was very clean. It did feel small for five people, though. Communication with the host was good. Parking isn't guaranteed: the lot was full when we arrived, partly because two guests had trailers taking up several spaces. They might want to reconsider allowing that. Our gate key card also didn't work, and each time in or out costs $.50.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price seemed pretty fair for what you get. The houses are nice, with modern kitchens and bathrooms. I did miss having an oven, since there was only a microwave. There isn't a washing machine either, just a small laundromat, and using it is quite pricey.

The park has a lovely setting and the service was good. The restaurant has only just opened and is still finding its feet, but it looks promising. There are a few minor issues since the newest section opened. Chromecast in the new homes is a great addition!

The resort gets very quiet after hours, with only a playground for small kids and no cafe or pub. The beach isn't really walkable with children. There's a local pub cafe 300m away, but it's not suited to older kids. Inside, the place was cramped and the layout made it hard to sit at the dining table while preparing food. The cutlery wasn't clean either. It looks more suitable for bikers who just want a rest. From outside, it looks nice.
