I’ve stayed in plenty of places, but nowhere has felt as much like home as this one. It’s clean, tidy, and surrounded by lovely nature, with a real homely feel. Miranda and Berry are such kind people, always willing to help with anything. I’ve never had this sort of service at a place I’ve stayed. I was here for almost three months, but sadly I lost my job and have to leave in two days. I’m hoping I’ll get the chance to come back for a much longer stay. Sending a big hello to Miranda, Berry, and my irresistible, beautiful friend Sam. I absolutely recommend the owners and their accommodation.

The forest setting was great for walks and bike rides, though it’s about a 40 minute walk to town. There are a few restaurants nearby, plus a bowling alley and a pub next door with lots of local beer and food options. The owner was lovely and incredibly helpful. She couldn’t do enough for us, whether that was ironing a shirt for a wedding we were attending or letting us check out late. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

They responded very politely by phone, but this place no longer rents out rooms.

A charming spot with friendly service. It was clean and cool, and made a lovely place to spend a weekend or some free time. I’d recommend it.
