Everyone we met, from check-in to the bar and breakfast the next morning, was super kind and funny. We arrived a bit late, but they were very accommodating about it. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view, and breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. 10/10, would recommend.

The restaurant food was good, but the cocktail and wine selection was quite small, and the breakfast buffet felt overpriced. The hotel itself is very nice and modern, with comfy beds. It’s close to the ferry terminal, just outside Vlieland’s old town.

The room was spacious and very quiet, with blackout curtains. I loved the weighted duvet, it felt snug and luxurious, and the waterfall shower was amazing. The Rituals soaps were divine too. The double bed split into two beds, and they often drifted apart. The pillows were hard, heavy, and uncomfortable to sleep on. There were no tissues in the bathroom or fridge in the main room, and someone had left an empty wine bottle in the wardrobe. The courtyard view wasn’t anything special, but we could watch Netflix on the TV. Apart from those things, the stay was perfect.

We found our favorite wine, Scaia bianca - garganega and chardonnay, which was a nice surprise. The hotel was very cozy, with friendly staff, a nice room, and comfortable rooms of a good size. Breakfast had a good variety of options too.

The hotel was near the beach, town, and harbor where we arrived, and we had bicycles for the whole stay to explore the island. Inside, the building was clean and well maintained, with modern furniture. We loved the very large shower. Breakfast was okay, and there was nothing bad to report. Five stars for a three-star hotel.
