Green White Hotel

A very neat apartment for four, with good beds and showers both upstairs and downstairs. We’d be happy to come back.

We were out cycling when heavy rain sent us looking for shelter under a tree in the parking lot. After a few minutes, a friendly staff member offered us the guest lounge so we could wait for the weather to improve. He passed the time by sharing tips and information about the region. It was lovely to see such hospitality extended to people who weren’t staying at the hotel. Thank you so much!

The only downsides were the impersonal phone check-in, where you don’t meet anyone in person, and the lack of small play equipment or a sandbox for children. Otherwise, the holiday apartments are lovely, well equipped, clean, well maintained, and beautifully furnished. The handyman on site was friendly and helpful. There’s free parking and free use of the washing machine, and the apartments have fenced terraces where dogs are allowed.

We had a wonderful midweek stay in this lovely cottage, and there’s a beautiful view out back. It was very clean, in a good location, and had two separate bathrooms. When we had trouble with the Nespresso machine, it was replaced the same day, which we really appreciated. There’s ample parking too. For the price, though, some things felt limited. Each person got one large and one small towel, even in the cottage with a sauna. Check-in was by phone and felt impersonal. The cottage was very warm throughout, despite it being about 18°C outside during the day, and there’s no air conditioning. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no salt or pepper and just one tea towel for the whole week. In the street-facing room, you can clearly hear cars, and the oddly placed roller blind doesn’t block all the light.
