The owner was helpful and we were in good touch before the holiday started. Our house had its own parking space and was very well equipped, with bedding and towels provided. It’s in a wooded area near Otterlo, around a 30-minute drive from Arnhem. There was comfortable room for us, and it could easily fit three adults or two adults with two small children.

There’s a spacious living room and a lovely quiet garden with patio chairs. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful and new. The bedroom is small, with no bedside table, but it does have wall hooks for clothes and shelves above the bed.

The owner was easy to communicate with, and we’d happily return. The cottage has been fully renovated and sits in a very quiet forest park among several holiday homes, with a beautiful view. A great spot for a Veluwe holiday.

Rainy weather didn’t take away the cozy feeling of the cottage. It was clean, tidy, and well organized, with all the amenities I needed. I really enjoyed getting away and clearing my head. The owner communicated really well and was open to practical suggestions. I’ll definitely return.

A pleasant place to stay, set in the forest.
