The rooms are a decent size and have small balconies, but the walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING from the neighbors. Breakfast was okay. I spent very little time there, yet the poor hospitality and customer service stood out enough to mention. The man and woman at the desk were very unhelpful. The blonde lady kept making unnecessary, slightly confrontational comments that made every conversation awkward, so I avoided her as much as I could. Then we asked to use the sauna at 8:59 pm and he said no. They don’t turn it on unless someone asks, but when you do ask, they say it takes too long instead of doing a guest a solid.

The room setup was perfect for us, and the staff were super friendly with the kids. Great experience and excellent service. I’d definitely put this place on my list to come back to.

The beach is very close, and the car has closed parking. Entry doors all work with a proximity card, and it’s animal friendly. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We were pleasantly surprised by the stay, especially the great breakfast and dinner, which were better than we expected. It’s 200 m from the beach and about a 30 min walk to the center of Renesse.

We agreed to book a room at 17:00, then at 22:00 got an email rejecting it because it had just been booked online. Disgraceful service.
