Huge thanks to “Pavel” for looking after us so well. And sorry if I miss-spelled your name, you were the best 😊 This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. If you're going to a big city like Rotterdam and want somewhere peaceful and home-like when you're feeling a bit insecure, “the Middlelland Hotel” is a great choice.
The room was small, but nicely appointed, and the shower was very good. There’s a well-stocked replenishment cupboard in the lobby, plus a good coffee machine and Brita cold and sparkling water. It’s a self-service hotel, though during our stay there was always staff around.
There's no sign showing the hotel's name at all, so check the address carefully.
Clean and tidy rooms, and lovely stuff. Thanks to Laura for helping with my local questions. The rooms are a little small, but fair for the price and location. I'd suggest removing or replacing the box with napkins in the bathroom.
The beautiful Delfshaven neighbourhood and Heemraadssingel are just a short walk away. The room was super clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are free teas, water to refill from the Brita tap, and fresh fruit every day 😍. Room amenities are easy to get on the ground floor.
