The bed was really comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. Eva was especially helpful, and the staff in general were kind and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Hotel Not Hotel. A couple of little additions would help, I think, like a hook behind the room door for clothes and a small bedside table. Thanks to the Hotel Not Hotel family, and I hope to see you again!

The rooms were clean and the staff really friendly. They're small, but for the price it feels like great value, and the location is very convenient. I had an amazing stay.

Every room has its own creative design and story, so staying here feels like an experience in itself. Hotel Not Hotel Rotterdam is full of character and quite unique. The staff made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. I absolutely loved my stay and would 100% go again!

The location was wonderful and the design very modern, but my stay was unpleasant. I had a "castle not castle" room that was "clean absolutely not clean"!!! Dead mosquitoes were stuck all over the ceiling and walls, as if a previous guest had been sticking them there. There was blood on the wall behind the bed, too. Housekeeping never cleaned any of it up. It was disgusting 🤮

Funky and fun place, with great staff. The rooms are small, but have what you need, and the beds are super comfortable. Great value!
