I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean, the hotel felt fresh and well maintained, and there was a coffee machine available. The location is great, close to Centraal station, and the riverfront is about 30 minutes away by foot or tram. A good option if you don’t have a car. The parking description was the one downside. It says there’s on-site parking, but there isn’t. Street parking has to be paid to Rotterdam authorities, and off-site parking is available, as it is for cars elsewhere in Rotterdam. You can park free on adjacent streets from 23:00 to 9:00 Monday to Saturday, and until 12:00 on Sunday. I wish reception had explained this when I asked, since I could have avoided paying for overnight off-site parking. Use the My Way app to keep your car during paid street parking hours.

The hotel offers free bikes to guests, which was the best part for me. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice for the price. It’s also very clean, with nice decor and a really cool reception and restaurant area as you walk in. I’d highly recommend it!

The bed was very comfortable, and the location was great. The room felt a little basic for what it cost, though, and the staircase right by the entrance made the layout seem a bit unsafe. The welcome wasn’t especially warm, and breakfast was good but felt sparse for 20€. Still, it’s a decent place for a short, no-frills stay! 👍

We were upgraded to a larger room for free, which was much appreciated. The rooms were clean, the staff were hospitable, and there was no disruptive noise. The location is lovely, with nice restaurants and cafes nearby. We’ll make this our first choice on future trips to Rotterdam.

Our family room even had a record player, which was very cool. The beds were big and comfortable, and breakfast was great. Everyone was so friendly and happy. We loved staying here.
